Hi I was wondering what happens when I play against a nexus of fate deck and then they cannot kill me but have infinite turns, which prevents me from playing? Does the game end in a tie?

Situations involving Nexus of Fate were discussed at length in at least two other threads; see this thread and this thread.
In a two-player game in a sanctioned tournament, in general, if a player takes extra turn after extra turn due to Nexus of Fate spells during their turns, and the opponent has no way to end that loop (if a judge decides it is one), then the loop has to be shortcut if possible, and once the loop is shortcut, it may not be continued (M.T.R. 4.4, especially the fifth paragraph; see also C.R. 720.2a, 720.2c, 720.3).
Also, in general, if that game really reaches the point in which nothing in the game allows any player to play cards, activate abilities, or take special actions (under C.R. 116.1a-c), or take any other optional actions besides passing, without those actions being considered "irrelevant changes between iterations" to attempt to avoid the loop rules (see also M.T.R. 4.4), then the game either ends in a draw or ends by one player conceding the game (and a player is never required to concede the game) (C.R. 104.3a, 104.4b).
