If I casted a copy of Approach of the Second Sun with god-eternal kefnet ability will I only have to let the real one resolve to win or do I still have to cast the real one twice (Aware the first one doesn’t have to resolve)

Well after a quick read of Approach, it says "If this spell was cast from your hand, and you have CAST another SPELL named Approach of the Second Sun this game, you win."
The copy you make with Kefnet is cast, and indeed becomes a spell named "Approach of the Second Sun". And as long as the original was cast from your hand, then you would indeed win.
Approach doesn't care if the other one cast was a copy, just as long as it was CAST.
I have seen a ruling that the copy is created and cast from your hand, so you can win on the copy from kefnet
Correct. This is due to this rule
706.12. An effect that instructs a player to cast a copy of an object (and not just copy a spell) follows
the rules for casting spells, except that the copy is created in the same zone the object is in and then
cast while another spell or ability is resolving. Casting a copy of an object follows steps 601.2a–h of
rule 601, “Casting Spells,” and then the copy becomes cast. Once cast, the copy is a spell on the
stack, and just like any other spell it can resolve or be countered.
Since the original is in the hand, the copy is created in the hand, and thus cast from there.
