If I have the legendary creature Márton Stromgald in play as well as Sneak Attack and declare all of my creatures as attacking and then bring in a second Márton Stromgald via Sneak Attack, would my other attacking creatures receive a second +*/+* bonus from the second Márton Stromgald before one of the two duplicate legendary creatures had to be put in my graveyard?
The Márton Stromgald brought to the battlefield due to Sneak Attack is not declared as attacking or blocking in this scenario, so neither of its abilities triggers. (Even if it entered the battlefield attacking, its first ability wouldn't trigger this way [C.R. 508.4].)
The second Marton is not attacking, so there s not trigger to grant your other creatures the bonus. If an object is refering to itself by name, it only means [this object], not any other that happen to have the same name.So sneaking in the other copy is rather pointless.
Also, the legend rule is a state based action, so it happens right after the Sneak Attack's ability is finished resolving before any player gets a chance to do anything.
No. If you did this in the beginning of combat step you would not be able to move to the declare attackers step controlling two legendary creatures of the same name without putting one into your graveyard, nor can you declare any attackers whatsoever later in combat.
What about going about this way then. The first Márton Stromgald IS declared as an attacker, when I bring the second Márton Stromgald via Sneak Attack, I let the FIRST Márton Stromgald be destroyed (I think I can choose which duplicate legendary creature goes to the graveyard), THEN would the bonuses be doubled when I declared the flashed in Márton Stromgald as an attacker?

There's no space to do this as you declare attackers all at once. You can't attack with one creature, activate an ability, then attack with another.
508.1. First, the active player declares attackers. This turn-based action doesn't use the stack. To declare attackers, the active player follows the steps below, in order. If at any point during the declaration of attackers, the active player is unable to comply with any of the steps listed below, the declaration is illegal; the game returns to the moment before the declaration (see rule 721, "Handling Illegal Actions").
508.1a The active player chooses which creatures that they control, if any, will attack. The chosen creatures must be untapped, and each one must either have haste or have been controlled by the active player continuously since the turn began.
508.1m Any abilities that trigger on attackers being declared trigger.
You declare attackers once and the abilities trigger once. No double dipping I'm afraid.
