Sagas activate in the draw step and Portent during the upkeep. So Portent will trigger and resolve before the saga does anything.
If the saga had activated during the upkeep then it and portent would trigger and you as teh active player would put the ability on teh stack first so portent would draw the card before the saga had made your artifacts creatures.

The delayed trigger from Portent will trigger, and resolve, in the upkeep. If the opponent wants to cast Terminus they will need to do so when they draw it in the Upkeep. Since this is long before the Main Phase, the Saga has not gotten another counter yet and will not trigger until after Terminus resolves.

Thank you so much for explaining the trigger stacking.
My apologies, I didn't read the two interactions that clearly. Thank you so much.
Your opponent casts portent on the last turn and put Terminus at the top of their deck.
You go to your turn and you have The Antiquities War trigger and about to go to Saga 3. How are these two triggers stacked?
Could I get it stacked so its Portent -> Miracles first before Antiquities wars?
