So I found the combo of Possibility Storm and Swarm Intelligence, where the result is the spell cast after both enchantments are on the field (on controller's turn) is copied then exiled and replaced by Possibility Storm's effect. Essentially you get the original and substituted card's effects. My question is what happens if you say have Thousand-Year Storm, Melek, Izzet Paragon and Pyromancer's Goggle's on the field too. Basicaly all mentioned are on the field, then I use the goggles to say cast a red instant from my library using Melek's ability. What is copied and how many times?
The thing to remember here is that copying a spell is not the same as casting it, so that copying a spell won't make an ability of the form "Whenever you cast [a spell]" trigger (C.R. 706.10). The only "extra spell" that could be cast in this scenario is the one that's cast when Possibility Storm's ability resolves. Here is how this scenario can play out (except you don't tap Pyromancer's Goggles for mana until later):
Assume you control Possibility Storm, Swarm Intelligence, Thousand-Year Storm, Melek, and Pyromancer's Goggles. You tap a Mountain for R, then cast Lightning Bolt from your hand using that mana.
The triggered abilities of Possibility Storm, Swarm Intelligence, Thousand-Year Storm, and Melek trigger. You put the Possibility Storm ability above all the others.
All players pass, then the Possibility Storm ability resolves. You exile Lightning Bolt, and you reveal cards from your library until you reveal Scorching Lava, an instant card. You decide to cast it, tap Pyromancer's Goggles for R, then pay the kicker cost with that mana. This will make the delayed triggered ability from Pyromancer's Goggles trigger and go on the stack above Shivan Fire.
All players pass, then that ability resolves. You copy Scorching Lava and may choose a new target for the copy.
The game goes on so that the copy then the original Scorching Lava resolve.
When each other ability resolves, Lightning Bolt is copied accordingly, using that spell's last known information, even though Lightning Bolt is no longer on the stack (C.R. 608.2g). You may choose the same and/or different targets for those copies.

The number of copies will depend on some information you haven't provided. There are four triggers that will go on the stack in an order of your choosing; "priority" has nothing to do with this.
Possibility Storm's "Whenever a player casts a spell from their hand, ...." doesn't trigger, so it creates 0 copies contributes nothing to this scenario. Note that the original spell will not be exiled.
Swarm Intelligence's "Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, you may copy ...." will create either 0 or 1 copy depending on your decision at the time the trigger resolves.
Thousand-Year Storm's trigger will depend on the number of instant and sorcery spells you had cast before it.
Melek's trigger will create 1 copy.
The delayed triggered ability from Pyromancer's Goggles will create 1 copy.
Note that the copies will not trigger any "Whenever you cast" abilities.
706.10. To copy a spell, activated ability, or triggered ability means to put a copy of it onto the stack; a
copy of a spell isn’t cast and a copy of an activated ability isn’t activated. A copy of a spell or
ability copies both the characteristics of the spell or ability and all decisions made for it, including
modes, targets, the value of X, and additional or alternative costs. (See rule 601, “Casting Spells.”)
Choices that are normally made on resolution are not copied. If an effect of the copy refers to
objects used to pay its costs, it uses the objects used to pay the costs of the original spell or ability.
A copy of a spell is owned by the player under whose control it was put on the stack. A copy of a
spell or ability is controlled by the player under whose control it was put on the stack. A copy of a
spell is itself a spell, even though it has no spell card associated with it. A copy of an ability is itself
an ability.
To clarify, I understand what each card does, and that a copy is just that, "1 copy". My question to be clearer i guess would be what if swarm, thousand-year storm and possibility storm were both on the field, and i cast a Lightning Bolt. I get swarm copies it and then it goes back into my library after exile and the new instant from storm is cast with it being copied as well by swarm and TY storm (Cast is in their descriptions). But if i were to then use the goggles to cast another bolt, how is it organized then? Do i get three (or more) bolts from the goggles, swarm and TY storm, followed by the new instant and copies of the new instant from swarm and TY storm? Illustration to see if it clears (or muddles) things up, Malek removed as was stated his effects don't work well in this scenario.
Note that in your scenario, the Lightning Bolt card you cast due to Possibility Storm will be cast "without paying its mana cost", so normally without paying any costs since Lightning Bolt has no additional cost (compare Lightning Bolt with Scorching Lava), and you can copy a spell with Pyromancer's Goggles's second ability only if the mana from that ability "is spent to cast a red instant or sorcery spell".
If I understand your scenario correctly, here is how it can play out:
Assume you control Possibility Storm, Swarm Intelligence, Thousand-Year Storm, and Pyromancer's Goggles. Assume also that you have cast no spells yet this turn. You tap a basic Mountain for R, then cast a Lightning Bolt card from your hand using that mana (Lightning Bolt I).
The triggered abilities of Possibility Storm, Swarm Intelligence, and Thousand-Year Storm trigger. You put the Swarm Intelligence ability on the stack first, the Thousand-Year Storm ability second, and the Possibility Storm ability third.
All players pass, then the Possibility Storm ability resolves. You exile Lightning Bolt I, and you reveal cards from your library until you reveal another Lightning Bolt card, an instant card (Lightning Bolt II). You decide to cast it without paying its mana cost. Since Lightning Bolt II now requires no mana payment, you can't tap Pyromancer's Goggles for mana at this point (C.R. 601.2f-g), let alone spend any mana to cast Lightning Bolt II (compare Lightning Bolt with Scorching Lava). Since you've now cast Lightning Bolt II, this makes Swarm Intelligence's and Thousand-Year Storm's abilities trigger for Lightning Bolt II. You put the Swarm Intelligence ability on the stack first and the Thousand-Year Storm ability second.
All players pass, then the Thousand-Year Storm ability resolves. You copy Lightning Bolt II once, since you have cast one instant or sorcery spell before Lightning Bolt II this turn, and may choose a new target for the copy.
All players pass, then the Lightning Bolt II copy resolves.
All players pass, then the Swarm Intelligence ability resolves. You choose to copy Lightning Bolt II, and may choose a new target for the copy.
All players pass, then the Lightning Bolt II copy resolves.
All players pass, then Lightning Bolt II resolves.
All players pass, then the Thousand-Year Storm ability resolves. You don't copy Lightning Bolt I, since you haven't cast any spells before it this turn.
All players pass, then the Swarm Intelligence ability resolves. You choose to copy Lightning Bolt I, and may choose a new target for the copy.
All players pass, then the Lightning Bolt I copy resolves.
All players pass, then Lightning Bolt I resolves.
At this point, you have cast two spells so far this turn. You tap Pyromancer's Goggles for R, then cast a Lightning Bolt card from your hand using that mana (Lightning Bolt III).
The triggered abilities of Possibility Storm, Swarm Intelligence, and Thousand-Year Storm, and the delayed triggered ability from Pyromancer's Goggles's second ability, trigger. You put the Pyromancer's Goggles ability on the stack first, the Swarm Intelligence ability second, the Thousand-Year Storm ability third, and the Possibility Storm ability fourth.
All players pass, then the Possibility Storm ability resolves. You exile Lightning Bolt III, and you reveal cards from your library until you reveal another Lightning Bolt card, an instant card (Lightning Bolt IV). You decide to cast it without paying its mana cost. Since you've now cast Lightning Bolt IV, this makes Swarm Intelligence's and Thousand-Year Storm's abilities trigger for Lightning Bolt IV. You put the Swarm Intelligence ability on the stack first and the Thousand-Year Storm ability second.
All players pass, then the Thousand-Year Storm ability resolves. You copy Lightning Bolt IV three times, since you have cast three instant and/or sorcery spells before Lightning Bolt IV this turn, and may choose a new target for the copy.
Three times: All players pass, then a Lightning Bolt IV copy resolves.
All players pass, then the Swarm Intelligence ability resolves. You choose to copy Lightning Bolt IV, and may choose a new target for the copy.
All players pass, then the Lightning Bolt IV copy resolves.
All players pass, then Lightning Bolt IV resolves.
All players pass, then the Thousand-Year Storm ability resolves. You copy Lightning Bolt III twice, since you've cast two spells before Lightning Bolt III this turn.
Twice: All players pass, then a Lightning Bolt III copy resolves.
All players pass, then the Swarm Intelligence ability resolves. You choose to copy Lightning Bolt III, and may choose a new target for the copy.
All players pass, then the Lightning Bolt III copy resolves.
All players pass, then the Pyromancer's Goggles ability resolves. You copy Lightning Bolt III, and may choose a new target for the copy.
All players pass, then the Lightning Bolt III copy resolves.
All players pass, then Lightning Bolt III resolves.
Ok, Thanks to everyone for the many answers. I guess what I can take away from this is that with Possibility storm on the field it can give me two casts of a spell as each part of it resolves, and with thousand year storm, intelligence swarm, and the goggles I can dish out a ton of copies if played right. Costly but fun.
