1) yes, you have to choose one of the two Johiras to keep as they are both legendary and both have the same name.
2) no, you don't draw the card, because you have to CAST a historic spell to trigger Johira's ability. It doesn't care about historic permanents entering the battlefield, but cares about you casting them (playing them as a spell).
