If I have a card enchanted with Imprisoned in the moon then enchant that new land with Spreading Seas, what will happen to the enchanted card if imprisoned in the moon is removed from the field?
It depends on what the card's type is. If it's a land, it's an Island - Spreading Seas remains attached. If it's a nonland creature or planeswalker, Spreading Seas' enchant ability will cause it to "fall off" and be put into its owner's graveyard, and the permanent will have no Auras attached to it.

That depends on whether that permanent was a land anyway.
If it was: The Spreading Seas remains attached to it, and "Enchanted land is an Island."
If it wasn't: It now has no reason to be a land. Therefore, it isn't a land. Spreading Seas goes to its owner's graveyard, and the permanent now is what it is.
704.5m If an Aura is attached to an illegal object or player, or is not attached to an object or player,
that Aura is put into its owner’s graveyard.

Why bother with mere rulings when so many answers can be found in the Rules?
If the permanent that Imprisoned in the Moon was attached to was a land solely due to that Aura, any other Auras attached to that permanent that can no longer enchant that permanent, including Spreading Seas in this scenario, will go to the graveyard as a state-based action (C.R. 704.5m, 702.5a). See also this thread.
I'll let someone else answer, but I believe Spreading Seas would, at that point, be enchanting an object illegally and would therefore fall off as per state-based actions. Unlike Imprisoned in the Moon and Song of the Dryads, Spreading Seas doesn't actually change the permanent type of the enchanted object. Both of the former specify that the permanent becomes a "land", whereas Spreading Seas merely specifies a basic land type which only lands can have or gain.
Ah okay, so if I'm understanding correctly, because spreading seas doesnt actually add the land type, it just makes the permanent an island, therefore it will not fulfill its own requirement of enchant land?

Spreading Seas can already enchant only a land (C.R. 702.5a), so it generally wouldn't be useful if it said, say, "Enchanted land is an Island land" rather than "Enchanted land is an Island". (Note that all Islands are necessarily lands [C.R. 205.3i; see also C.R. 205.3c].)

EDIT: I thought I was the first to answer. Lol
The object can't be an Island while it's not a land - and anyway, Spreading Seas falls right off.
