704.5k. If a player controls two or more legendary permanents with the same name, that player chooses one of them, and the rest are put into their owners' graveyards. This is called the “legend rule.” Only one copy of a given legendary card may be in control by a same player at the same time
What does it check - the name or type?
On the battlefield I have one Legendary Creature A und one copy in my graveyard. When I copy this Creature with God-Pharaoh's Gift do I have to put one of them into my graveyard?
The token is a Zombie instead of its other types (unlike Zombies created by an eternalize ability) and is black instead of its other colors. Its power and toughness are 4/4. These are copiable values of the token that other effects may copy.
That is a quote from the oracle text. My impression after reading this is that the token would be a black zombie and not a legandary creature? They have the same name, yes, but not the same type?
The legend rule applies only if two or more legendary permanents have the same name (and are controlled by the same player) (C.R. 704.5j, where the legend rule is now found). What card types or subtypes the permanents have is irrelevant.
Normally, an effect that creates a token with a certain creature type also sets that token's name. For example, a "2/2 black Zombie creature token" has the name "Zombie Token" (C.R. 111.4). This isn't the case for God-Pharaoh's Gift's ability, however, which says the token is "a copy of" the card exiled due to that ability, with certain exceptions not affecting its name or whether it's legendary, so that the token—
will have the same name as that card, and
will be legendary if that card is legendary,
since God-Pharaoh's Gift doesn't specify otherwise (C.R. 706.2, 706.9c, 205.4b; see also C.R. 111.3; compare God-Pharaoh's Gift with Lazav, the Multifarious or Helm of the Host).

That quote is not oracle text, that is just one of the Card Rulings.
Things that are changed about the copy: Power, toughness, color, creature subtypes. Things that are not changed: Everything else, including name, "creature", and any supertypes (including "legendary"). This expands on one of the other card rulings: "The token copies exactly what was printed on the original card and nothing else, except the characteristics it specifically modifies. It doesn’t copy any information about the object the card was before it was put into your graveyard."
205.4b An object’s supertype is independent of its card type and subtype, even though some
supertypes are closely identified with specific card types. Changing an object’s card types or
subtypes won’t change its supertypes. Changing an object’s supertypes won’t change its card
types or subtypes. When an object gains or loses a supertype, it retains any other supertypes it
had.
For example, if the card removed was Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons, the characteristcs of the copy will be:
Name: Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons
Mana cost: BG
Color: Black
Types: Legendary Creature — Zombie
Card Text:
Whenever Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons deals combat damage to a player, you may put a -1/-1 counter on target creature.
Whenever you put one or more -1/-1 counters on a creature, create a 1/1 green Snake creature token with deathtouch.
Power/Toughness: 4/4

Why bother with mere rulings when so many answers can be found in the Rules?
"108.1. Use the Oracle card reference when determining a card's wording. A card's Oracle text can be found using the Gatherer card database at Gatherer.Wizards.com."
Thanks for the example

I made a mistake ... I mixed rules and oracle up - Sorry!
I'm a bit confused about the legendary rule.

Okay... I thought gatherer has the oracle text
