I've managed to pull a few dual lands from guilds of ravnica that share the same name however the artwork and flavor text is completely different.
If I'm building a commander deck do these cards count as separate from each other or are they considered the same land thereby not allowing me to have more than one?
If they have the exact same name, they are considered the same card, you can only play one in a commander deck no matter the version.

I'm a former judge (lapsed), who keeps up to date on rules and policy. Keep in mind that judges' answers aren't necessarily more valid than those of people who aren't judges; what matters is we can quote the rules to back up our answers. When in doubt, ask for such quotes.
If the name is the same, it's considered the same card. This extends to printings in separate sets as well; a Mercadian Masques Arrest is considered the same as a Return to Ravnica Arrest.
GRN has multiple arts for each of the Guildgates, much like how most sets have multiple arts for each of the basic lands. (Considering Guildgates in GRN take the place of basic lands in packs, I'm sure this is an intentional connection.) But different arts does not make them different cards.

Unstable contains a few exceptions, but that's a fun set, not meant to be used in a regular deck.
