I control 2x Cylian Sunsinger and 2x Quicksilver Elemental. I use one of the Quicksilver Elemental's ability to gain the Cylian Sunsinger's ability. I use one of the Cylian Sunsinger's ability once and the Quicksilver Elemental's copy of that ability once. When those abilities resolve, what creatures will get what bonuses

Cylian Sunsinger's rulings: 2/1/2009 When the ability resolves, it gives the +3/+3 bonus to the source of the ability and each other creature that shares a name with that source, even if that source isn’t actually named Cylian Sunsinger. This could happen if Skill Borrower gains this ability, or if Cylian Sunsinger’s name is changed (due to Mirrorweave, perhaps) before the ability resolves.
Quicksilver Elemental rulings: 12/1/2004 The granted abilities effectively use “this permanent,” rather than “[that card’s name],” so you treat the abilities as if they were printed on Quicksilver Elemental. For example, you treat an ability that says “Sacrifice a creature: Nantuko Husk gets +2/+2 until end of turn” as “Sacrifice a creature: Quicksilver Elemental gets +2/+2 until end of turn.”
That means Quicksilver's stolen ability effectively reads "Quicksilver Elemental and each other creature with the same name as it get +3/+3 until end of turn".
So each Cylian gets +3/+3, and each Quicksilver gets +3/+3.
Hey, we're in the same room, you could have just asked me.
If that's the case, the equipped Sunsinger and equipped Elemental will each be both named Cylian Sunsinger and Quicksilver Elemental. That means that both abilities resolving will apply to both of them. So the equipped creatures will get +6/+6 after both abilities resolve and the rest will still get +3/+3.

For both the Sunsinger and the Gooey Ability Gainer Thing, that creature has the same name as every other creature that has a name, excluding the names of legendary cards. If that ability resolves, once with the Sunsinger source and once with the Quicksilver source, both of which have all nonlegendary creature card names, then those resolutions will both do the same thing, and all creatures that have some nonlegendary creature card name will get +6/+6.
... right?

...right, assuming the abilities that were activated were the ones of the equipped creatures. My mistake.

Follow up question. What if one Cylian Sunsinger and one Quicksilver Elemental each have a Spy Kit equipped
