You couldn't activate either of their abilities. A mana ability is defined as:
605.1. Some activated abilities and some triggered abilities are mana abilities, which are subject to
special rules. Only abilities that meet either of the following two sets of criteria are mana abilities,
regardless of what other effects they may generate or what timing restrictions (such as “Activate
this ability only any time you could cast an instant”) they may have.
605.1a An activated ability is a mana ability if it meets all of the following criteria: it doesn’t have a
target, it could add mana to a player’s mana pool when it resolves, and it’s not a loyalty ability.
(See rule 606, “Loyalty Abilities.”)
605.1b A triggered ability is a mana ability if it meets all of the following criteria: it doesn’t have a
target, it triggers from the resolution of an activated mana ability (see rule 106.11a) or from
mana being added to a player’s mana pool, and it could add mana to a player’s mana pool when
it resolves.
Well, then none of the 2 cards could be solved, while this overwhelming Splendor in the field, right? Also tell me what it means; Activate abilities that are not mana abilities, sorry for my ignorance
If the ability is not a mana ability (defined by genini2 above) or a loyalty ability (an ability of a planeswalker), you can't activate it. Activated abilities can be identified by the templating "[cost]: [effect]". Contrast with triggered abilities (which always begin with "when", "whenever", or "at") and static abilities (which just state something as being true, like "creatures you control get +1/+1"), which Overwhelming Splendor doesn't stop (unless it's a triggered/static ability on a creature permanent, since the creatures lose their abilities).
I don't know what you mean by "solved". Solving isn't something that happens in Magic.
"Activate abilities that aren't mana abilities" is something that happens in Magic. It is an action. It's a player acting on an ability. The kind of ability is determined as the set {All abilities} subtracting {Mana abilities}, leaving just "abilities that aren't mana abilities".
Earthcraft and Squirrel Nest's abilities are not {Mana abilities}, so they belong in "abilities that aren't mana abilities".

Activated abilities always have the template [cost]:[effect], usually in the card's text itself, but sometimes hidden in the rules if you are dealing with a keyword ability. Look for the colon, every activated ability has it.
The most important criterium for mana abilities is, that they can produce mana. So if an ability cannot make mana, it's not a mana ability, and thus the Splendor shuts it down. But the other two criteria are nessesary too. Loyalty abilities cannot be mana abilities, and abilities with targets aren't mana abilities either.
explain to me please, I would appreciate it

So you cannot activate the ability granted by Squirrel Nest and you cannot activate Earthcraft. You can activate Cryptolith Fragment and Pristine Talisman, and you can still tap your lands for mana. You can activate Izzet Cluestone to make mana, but you cannot sacrifice it to draw a card.
