i'm very new to the game and here goes my stupid questions.
so in the description of llanowar envoy. "1G" does this mean i have to spend 1 other mana and 1 green, sums up to 2 to activate it's effect? or do i just spend 1 green mana? follow up question, I'm adding a third color to cast a few instants, will llanowar envoy suffice this? don't want to add a third color land to my deck.
Also about fight with fire, it says if i kick it i can distribute 10 damage then for example my opponent has three 1/1 creatures, i can spend 3 damage each then spend the 7 rest to my opponents life points right?
Sorry for such retarded questions i don't want to look like a complete ass on my first match of magic.
I'm not sure about your third question, but 1G, or 1G means pay 1 of any color or colorless mana, plus one green mana. Llanowar Envoy will allow you to add a third color, but you may want something like Manalith as well.

Llanowar Envoy ability of " : Add one mana of any color." means you spend and one other mana of any color or colorless to activate its ability to get one mana of any color (not colorless). In other words you have to spend 2 mana, one of which has to be green, to get one mana back which can be red, white, blue, black, and if you have some weird strategy, even green.
follow up question, I'm adding a third color to cast a few instants, will llanowar envoy suffice this? don't want to add a third color land to my deck.
It's possible but not ideal. The elves can be killed and you'll be left holding a dead card in your hands. This is why Dual Lands are immensely popular.

Uh... I think you worded it wrong. But yes, if you kick Fight with Fire, spending a total of 9 mana, it will allow you to hit three 1/1 creatures for 1 damage each and the remaining 7 points of damage can be directed to one or more players of your choice.
Remember, the phrase "any target" without qualifiers is very powerful. I have targeted my own creatures and even myself with spells of this nature.
Sorry for such retarded questions i don't want to look like a complete ass on my first match of magic.
I imagine that you were being hyperbolic, but as long as you are curious rather than stubborn, I don't think you will seem like an "ass." Unfortunately, the game is so complex that almost everyone is likely to start out looking ignorant. The good thing is that we've all been there. I would say, just go there to learn, meet people and have fun. When you start to be the "newb" that beats them, some people may have difficulty with it, but hopefully by then you will have some solid connections with more sporting players.
Questions:
1a. Yes, 2 total mana*.
1b. No. In general, for a 90% chance to cast a single colored spell (say unkicked Fight with Fire on turn 3, you would need 12 sources of R (brilliant article with math here, but skip the math and puzzle out the tables to start). A kicked Fight with Fire requires RR, which would need 14 sources on turn 7 (which is as far as the Karsten tables go). With 4 Llanowar Envoy, that is just 4 sources and only if your Llanowar Envoy survives.
2. Yes, assuming that that each creature gets one point of damage.
Technically these are rules questions, so I will move this thread to the rules subforum, but please don't take this as a criticism (Edit: someone else moved this before I could).
* Llanowar Envoy is not an efficient source of fixing. In limited (sealed or draft) it can support a splash, but in constructed your opponents will mostly have much more efficient spells. Don't worry about it, as you have so much to learn and the greatest genius is to just dive in. Cards like Servant of the Conduit (rotating, so don't buy), Drover of the Mighty, Dragon Hoard and Evolving Wilds are better ways to support a splash. Best ways to support a splash are dual lands, which range from cheap (Timber Gorge) to expensive (Rootbound Crag).
There is a mix of rules and deckbuilding questions here, we will ask you to avoid that. Each subject should be in its own forum. With the rules questions answered cleanly, I will lock this thread to prevent further non-rules discussion that should take place elsewhere.
I'm a former judge (lapsed), who keeps up to date on rules and policy. Keep in mind that judges' answers aren't necessarily more valid than those of people who aren't judges; what matters is we can quote the rules to back up our answers. When in doubt, ask for such quotes.

GENERATION 12: The first time you see this, copy and paste it into your signature and add 1 to the generation number. It's a social experiment.

No worries.
