Let's say in a multiplayer game Player A controls Willbreaker. Player B casts a control card such as Confiscate on a creature Player C controls. Who controls that creature?
Also, if a spell destroys target creature, will the creature still be destroyed after Player A gains control? And if Player A has a spell that destroys target creature an opponent controls, would that spell fizzle since Player A would be the controller of the target creature, therefore making it an illegal target?
Willbreaker only applies with spells and abilities that player controls so since Player B controls Confiscate the Willbreaker under player A won't trigger.
In your second scenario generally the spell will not fizzle. The exception is if it's a spell or ability that specifies a creature an opponent controls (Reflector Mage's) ability for example.
Willbreaker doesn't even trigger here, because for that to happen, a spell or ability player A controls would have to target the creature.
A spell will only fizzle if all its targets are illegal, meaning that the targets no longer fit the target description of the spell, the target is gone, or the target can no longer legally be targeted. If the target description is just "target creature", then who controls the creature is irrelevant, all that matters is, that the target is still a creature. (Which for example may change if it is a Theros God with the new controller not having enough devotion.)

Thanks in advance!
