Since FD produces token whenever -1/-1 counter was placed on a creature by anyone, it'd create a 1/1 Elf Warrior, but if a token died due to -1/-1 counter it would pass on to another creature, thus create another Elf Warrior. Does the process go infinite until the owner of FD decided to stop?
There are some more possibilities. Which of those enchantments are controlled by the active player?
If one player controls both the Flourishing Defenses and Blowfly Infestation, then every time a -1/-1 counter is placed on a creature which is also a 1/1 token, two triggers occur and that token dies. The triggered abilities go on the Stack and Blowfly Infestation gets a target. It's possible for all the 1/1s to die before any Flourishing Defenses flourish, because of choices that player can make.

But ideally the person with tokens would not want that, but that's his decision, aye? Gotcha.
You can't possibly have Gotch' me, because I didn't give a full answer. More information is needed to define what happens. You wanted to know if this repetition can go arbitrarily large. It's needed to know who controls the enchantments.
