This is a very silly question: am i allowed to used perfect sizes of different colors to sleeve up my deck? (es: kmc clear ones and dragon shield smoked ones)?.
i know that since this isn't likely to affect theoutcome of a game is propbably allowed, but i just need confirmation.

M.T.R. 3.10 and 3.11 regulate the use of card sleeves in sanctioned tournaments. Note in particular that "[t]he Head Judge is the final authority on what sleeves are allowed" (M.T.R. 3.10), and also "has the authority to determine if a card in a player's deck is marked" (M.T.R. 3.11), and that "[p]layers are responsible for ensuring that their ... card sleeves are not marked during the tournament. A ... sleeve is considered marked if it bears something that makes it possible to identify the card without seeing its face ..." (M.T.R. 3.11). Thus, in such a tournament, a judge may consider that a deck has marked card sleeves if some of them are of a different color than the rest. See also this thread.
However, using different-colored card sleeves is much less problematic if they only sleeve tokens or the transformed version of double-faced cards. See also this thread.

Normally, if the cards are indistinguishable to the eye and the touch while face down, they shouldn't be considered marked. It might be that a different brand of perfect fit sleeves would make the cards slightly different to the touch and in terms of thickness, I don't know, but if that isn't the case, I would consider it fine. Now, as the tournament rules quoted by peteroupc above say, what matters is what the Head Judge for the tournament you're playing thinks of it. It'd be safer to ask them beforehand, especially since this is something opponents are likely to notice from looking at your board and it might make them raise eyebrows.

I'm a former judge (lapsed), who keeps up to date on rules and policy. Keep in mind that judges' answers aren't necessarily more valid than those of people who aren't judges; what matters is we can quote the rules to back up our answers. When in doubt, ask for such quotes.
what matters is what the Head Judge for the tournament you're playing thinks of it
that's probably the best choice.
Thanks to everyone
