Here are some questions. As I am attempting to get better at understanding the rules I will write out what I think the answer is. Please let me know if I am correct, and if not where I have gone wrong. Thanks.
1) Heartless Hidetsugu is in play in a game of two headed giant. Both life totals are 10. He taps. Both players die and the game is a draw.
However, in this same scenario Heartless Hidegatsu is equipped with something that gives him lifelink. Say, a basilisk collar.
He taps. The damage occurs simultaneously as the lifelink. Therefore, his owner wins with a life total of 20 vs 0.
2) If I was to play Tooth and Nail, the cards I take in my library cannot be place onto the battlefield. This is because both parts of the card happen simultaneously.
3) If a 3/3 Managorger Hydra is hit by a lightning bolt, he will live. This is because the events in the stack happen simultaneously. Additionally, for creatures (though not players) the stack needs to fully resolve.
4) Xenagos, God of Revels can be used with Natural Order, both as the creature to be sacrificed, and to be played. This is because indestructible doesn't work for sacrifice. It is also because Xenagos is green and a creature card.
6) If Multani, Maro-Sorcerer attacks someone and is 6/6. The opponent is holding 3 cards. The opponent is able to cast instants that will reduce their hand size and reduce Multani's power/toughness because it is an instant so it is resolves on the stack first.
5) What does a creature dying means? e.g. is Worldspine Wurm's ability triggered if he is sacrificed? What is he is exiled? What about that exile that is an enchantment, and if you break the enchantment you get the creature back? (Sorry I can't remember the name of the card)
6) Lastly, is there a forum on here where I can discuss rules of the board? e.g.. why did a thread get locked?

He taps. The damage occurs simultaneously as the lifelink. Therefore, his owner wins with a life total of 20 vs 0.
Lifelink occurs at the same time damage is dealt so the team with Heartless on it will lose 10 life and gain 20 to put them at 20 and win the game.
2) If I was to play Tooth and Nail, the cards I take in my library cannot be place onto the battlefield. This is because both parts of the card happen simultaneously.
This is incorrect. The actions on a card a carried out sequentially as written. This is important for cards like Tooth and Nail or Smallpox
3) If a 3/3 Managorger Hydra is hit by a lightning bolt, he will live. This is because the events in the stack happen simultaneously. Additionally, for creatures (though not players) the stack needs to fully resolve. This is incorrect.
Objects on the stack will always resolve one at a time and it doesn't matter if it's for creatures or players. Managorger Hydra will live because once the bolt is cast the Hydra triggers. Because the hydra trigger is the most recent object on the stack it resolves first making it a 4/4 and then the Bolt resolves doing 3 damage to a creature with 4 toughness.
4) Xenagos, God of Revels can be used with Natural Order, both as the creature to be sacrificed, and to be played. This is because indestructible doesn't work for sacrifice. It is also because Xenagos is green and a creature card.
This is correct. Xenagos does need to be a creature at the time it is sacrificed though so you will need Red/Green devotion of 7 or more.
6) If Multani, Maro-Sorcerer attacks someone and is 6/6. The opponent is holding 3 cards. The opponent is able to cast instants that will reduce their hand size and reduce Multani's power/toughness because it is an instant so it is resolves on the stack first.
Multani has what is called a characteristic defining ability (you can tell by the stars in the bottom right where his P/T should be). An ability like that is active in all zone at all times and does not use the stack. As soon as your opponent casts a spell before that spell resolves Multani loses P/T.
5) What does a creature dying means? e.g. is Worldspine Wurm's ability triggered if he is sacrificed? What is he is exiled? What about that exile that is an enchantment, and if you break the enchantment you get the creature back? (Sorry I can't remember the name of the card)
Dying in magic is specifically for a creature to be moved from the battlfield to the graveyard. If a creature is exiled with Path to Exile it does not die. If Rest in Peace is in play and a creature is hit with Doom Blade it will not die because it is exiled instead of going to the GY. If a creature is his with Doom Blade and then a player activate Relic of Progenitus the creature is still considered to have died because it did hit the GY.
6) Lastly, is there a forum on here where I can discuss rules of the board? e.g.. why did a thread get locked?
I actually don't know about this one.
1. In this scenario, each player's life total is 10 (since that's that player's team's life total) (C.R. 810.9a), so Heartless Hidetsugu deals 5 damage to each player, resulting in 10 damage to each team, with each team losing 10 life (C.R. 810.9; see generally C.R. 119.3a). Moreover, Heartless Hidetsugu's controller (not necessarily its owner) gains as much life as damage dealt this way (C.R. 119.3f). Thus, the team without Heartless Hidetsugu's controller loses and the other team wins (C.R. 704.5a, 810.8c, 104.2a, 810.8).
2. If Tooth and Nail's entwine cost was paid, each mode of that spell is done one after the other, in the order written (C.R. 702.41a, 608.2c). Thus, in this case, you put the cards searched for into your hand before you put up to two creature cards from your hand onto the battlefield.
3. Spells and abilities on the stack resolve one at a time, not simultaneously (C.R. 116.4). Managorger Hydra's triggered ability will go on the stack above Lightning Bolt (C.R. 405.2) and get to resolve before Lightning Bolt (C.R. 116.4). Thus, when it resolves, Managorger Hydra will be given a +1/+1 counter before Lightning Bolt gets to resolve.
4. Xenagos is normally "green" while on the battlefield, even if it's also red (see also C.R. 608.2h), and Xenagos is normally a "green creature card" while in your library, regardless of your devotion to red and green (C.R. 109.2a, 608.2h; as regards Xenagos's second ability, see C.R. 112.6). And you can sacrifice even a creature with indestructible, since doing so doesn't destroy that creature (C.R. 702.12b; compare C.R. 701.15, sacrifice, with C.R. 701.7, destroy).
(6). Multani's power and toughness will continuously change with the number of cards in its controller's hand (C.R. 109.5). In general, if that number is reduced for any reason, Multani's power and toughness will be reduced accordingly (C.R. 604.3, 604.2, 611.3a).
5. A creature "dies" when it "is put into a graveyard from the battlefield" (C.R. 700.4), not when it moves to exile.
I have Gilt-Leaf Archdruid in play. I play a Elvish Harbinger. Which resolves first? i.e. do I draw the top card, then place a druid on top of my deck? Or do I place a druid on top of my deck, then take that druid into my hand?
Based on your answer for managorger hydra/lightning bolt, I believe it is: draw a card, then place a druid on top of deck.
The two abilities actually trigger at different times.
Gilt-Leaf Archdruid's ability triggers when you CAST a Druid. Whereas Elvish Harbinger triggers when it ENTERS THE BATTLEFIELD. So with these two you would always draw a card first, then when the Harbinger resolves and it enters the battlefield you will get its ability.
In general however, if you have two things that do trigger at the same time. If you control both of them, you get to choose the order they go on the stack.
Wrath of God is cast Eldrazi Displacer uses their ability (I will call 'blink') a Dragon Hunter
Blink is resolved first. But therefore the Dragon Hunter is back on the battlefield before wrath of god occurs, therefore the Dragon Hunter dies.
Lightning Bolt is cast, target is declared as Dragon Hunter Eldrazi Displacer blinks Dragon Hunter
Blink is resolved first. This ability essentially removes what the target for the lightning bolt was. Despite the same Dragon Hunter being back on the battlefield when the Lightning Bolt resolves, the target is broken, therefore the Dragon Hunter lives.
Razorfin Hunter taps to do a damage Lightning Bolt is cast on the Razorfin
Lightning bolt resolves first and the Razorfin still dies. But the Razorfin ability is placed on the stack, therefore that one damage still occurs.
Edit: one more Natural Order the creatures has to be declared before it is on the stack
Therefore if a lightning bolt was to hit the intended creature and kill it, the player would be unable to nominate another creature. Natural Order would fail.

All correct.
The blink returns it right away so wrath still hits.
By blinking its a new object that isn't targeted.
Abilities exist on the stack independent of their source, so removing the source has no effect on the ability.
When you have new questions you should start new threads.

No. The cost is paid in full, including any additional costs, before anyone can try to respond. The green creature is in the graveyard before you finish casting Natural Order.
601.2h The player pays the total cost in any order. Partial payments are not allowed. Unpayable costs can’t be paid.
Example: You cast Altar’s Reap, which costs {1}{B} and has an additional cost of sacrificing a creature. You sacrifice Thunderscape Familiar, whose effect makes your black spells cost {1} less to cast. Because a spell’s total cost is “locked in” before payments are actually made, you pay {B}, not {1}{B}, even though you’re sacrificing the Familiar.
601.2i Once the steps described in 601.2a–h are completed, effects that modify the characteristics of the spell as it’s cast are applied, then the spell becomes cast. Any abilities that trigger when a spell is cast or put onto the stack trigger at this time. If the spell’s controller had priority before casting it, he or she gets priority.

Why bother with mere rulings when so many answers can be found in the Rules?
