“Multiple player-controlling effects that affect the same player overwrite each other. The last one to be created is the one that works. If multiple players have cast Emrakul and targeted the same player, each ability’s effect will create an extra turn.”
If I understand correctly, someone else and player A both play “control player B’s turn”, the latest one will only work. But Emrukul’s ability stacks?
Emrakul's ability creates two effects, one that lets you control the targeted player's next turn, and one that sets up an extra turn for that player, which is inserted into the turn order when the ability resolves. Each of those resolving abilities does this, so the opponent gets several extra turns scheduled for him. Only one player can have control, but a player can have many extra turns. Getting the extra turn is not depending on being controlled by the other player during your next turn. when the ability resolves, the extra turn will happen.
It means that if you cast Emrakul, the Promised End twice in the same turn, you will only control your opponent's next turn, not the next two. The control effects are redundant. There is no way to have "double control" of the same next turn. The extra turns you give, though, do accumulate.

Right. Only the most recent turn-controlling effect will apply.
