I go to overload Mizzix's Mastery and there is a Word of Seizing in my graveyard along with a bunch of other instants and sorceries.
The way me and the people near me who were not in the current game read it is that Mastery would not stop all the spells from being put on the stack because it is all happening at the same time, but the Split Second would still be active until Word of Seizing resolves as part of all the spells being cast.
You are still casting the spells one after the other, all during the resoltution of the Mastery. Multiple spells are never cast at the same time. As soon as you cast the copy of Word of Seizing, no other copy can be cast anymore. So while you can cast all the copies, you can do so only if WoS is the last one and thus the top most on the stack.

Is that correct?
