Hi. The first thing I cast for my turn is Tireless Tracker. Can the opponent kill it with something like Fatal Push in response to me playing a land so that I don't get the clue token?
No. Playing a land is a special action that does not use the stack and cannot be responded to. Once you play the land Tireless Tracker will trigger and you will get a clue.
Normally, they can't stop you from getting a clue here. After Tracker resolves, as it's your turn, you get priority first. Provided the stack is empty, you can then play a land. The action of playing a land doesn't use the stack and can't be responded to. The land entering triggers Tracker's clue-making ability. Only then do they get priority. They can kill the Tracker in response to the ability, but it won't stop the ability from resolving and creating a clue, since a triggered ability on the stack is independent from its source.

I'm a former judge (lapsed), who keeps up to date on rules and policy. Keep in mind that judges' answers aren't necessarily more valid than those of people who aren't judges; what matters is we can quote the rules to back up our answers. When in doubt, ask for such quotes.
Nope. After a spell resolves, the activate player (in this case you, since it is your turn) will get priority first. So you can play your land, Tireless Tracker will trigger, only then will your opponent get priority to kill it.
Note - They might need more than just Fatal Push to kill it... well without Revolt at least.
