Let's say I have a cramped bunker and an amateur auteur on the battle field. If I sack the auteur to destroy the cramped bunker in response to the cramped bunker's trigger during my opponent's upkeep, do I destroy all of their permanents since they now can't touch one to cramped bunker?
With the understanding that no Magic card (other than "silver-bordered" cards) has an effect like that of Cramped Bunker's ability:
The answer depends on whether "information about a specific object" (within the meaning of C.R. 608.2g) includes which permanents touched Cramped Bunker at the last moment it was on the battlefield -- a detail which is to be agreed on by the players. If the answer is no, then all permanents your opponent controls will be destroyed in this scenario, because even after Cramped Bunker leaves the battlefield, the text "Cramped Bunker" on its ability will still refer only to the permanent on the battlefield (C.R. 201.4, 400.7) -- which means no permanent is touching Cramped Bunker any longer, nor can a permanent be made to touch it any longer.
In general, in a game allowing "silver-bordered" cards such as those in Unglued, Unhinged, and Unstable, the players in the game can agree on modifications to the comprehensive rules ("house rules") to accommodate situations, such as this one, that the comprehensive rules neither regulate nor answer and that are unique to such cards (see also C.R. 100.7). Although Mark Rosewater issues "rulings" on how certain game situations unique to such cards play out, such advice is no more or less valid than the "house rules" agreed to by the players (that is, such players can agree whether to adopt such "rulings" or not).
