Had a game tonight and ended up with a few questions:
1.Brago, King Eternal has Reflector Mage leave and re-enter the battlefield with his 2nd ability. Can an opponent cast an instant to counter the 'enter the battlefield' ability on Reflector Mage? (example: Casting Glinton their own creature)
2. If a player has Cathars' Crusade on the battlefield and multiple creatures enter (using Brago, King Eternal's ability), how many counters are placed, and where? (Example 3 creatures are returned).
3. If a player has Utvara Hellkite on the field and 2 dragons attack, are 2 dragon tokens created? Like, is it for each attacking dragon, or does it trigger once since one or more dragon's are attacking?
1) If the targeted creature is given hexproof in response to the trigger, the ability will be countered by the game rules when it goes to resolve. None of the ability's effects happen.
2) If 3 creatures enter the battlefield at the same time, Crusade triggers 3 times. All creatures (including the 3 that just entered) will get 3 counters placed on them (one each time a trigger resolves).
3) Utvara doesn't say "one or more" It says "whenever a Dragon you control attacks". So, it triggers for each dragon that attacked. In your situation, you get 2 shiny new Dragon tokens.

***EDIT*** only a FREW questions...
