Hello. I had a curious play come up today that I had the incorrect ruling in my head.
11/11 Death's Shadow attacks and Temur Battle Rage is played on it, giving it First Strike and Trample. A 4/4 Voice of Resurgence token blocks and is given Indestructible. When the First Strike part of combat is done, 7 damage tramples over. During regular combat, does the Shadow attempt to do 4 more damage to the Voice or does it do the next 11 straight to the opponent?

11 damage could trample over during the regular combat damage step. Before trample damage can be assigned to a player lethal damage must be assigned to any creature blocking it, taking into consideration damage already marked on the blocking creatures. In this case there is a 4/4 with 4 damage marked on it, it doesn't die due to the fact that it's indestructible but lethal damage is still marked on it so no additional damage needs to be marked on it to be considered lethal. So all 11 points could trample over, due note however the attacker could choose to assign more damage to the Voice if they wanted to and trample less over (even none if so desired).

Thanks. I didn't realize this at all, hence the punt. This is good to know for the future and it's also good to know that the Judge didn't do the incorrect call against me.

In this case, Teysa will be assigned 3 damage in the First Strike damage step and it will then be prevented due to her protection. The regular combat damage step rolls around and, since there is no damage marked on Teysa, she will again be assigned 3 damage while simultaneously assigning 4 damage to Kalemne. That damage will be dealt at the same time and again, the 3 damage assigned to her is prevented.
The Teysa player could also not block which would allow Teysa to trigger when the player is dealt 3 damage. This would resolve before moving to the Regular Damage Step so Kalemne would be destroyed before dealing Regular damage.

Shouldn't 18 damage trample over since temur battle rage gives double-strike?

They are just talking about the Regular combat damage. In the original post, the 7 First Strike damage is already handled correctly. So, yes, it is 18 total: 7 First Strike damage and 11 "regular" damage.
The question was only about the 11 combat damage in the second combat damage step. The 7 damage that trample over from the first strike was already mentioned in the OP. But yes, in total up to 18 damage can trample over.
