Player A have Faerie Miscreant, Mistbind Clique on his battlefield. Mistbind already championed Spellstutter Sprite.
Here is the scenario:
1) Player B casts a spell with 2 CMC.
2) Player A responses by casting cloudshift that targets Mistbind.
Here is the result:
Mistbind leaves the battlefield, Spellstutter returns, B's spell is countered. Then Mistbind returns, cahmpions the Spellsttuter or Miscreant and B's all lands tapped.
Not exactly. Cloudshift exiles and returns the Clique at the same time. Then, it has two triggers trying to go onto the stack: the one to return Spellstutter Sprite and the one to Champion a Faerie. You can put them on the stack in any order. If you have the return trigger resolve first, Spellstutter will enter and counter the targeted spell. Then, the Champion trigger resolves and you can champion either faerie which will then tap down your opponent's lands.
If you have the triggers resolve in the other order, only Faerie Miscreant will be around to be championed.
When you cast Cloudshift the creature leaves and renters the battlefield immediately with no triggered abilities occuring inbetween so what happens is Mistbind will leave and enter the battlefield causing two triggered abilities to happen, the leave the battlefield to return the Spellstutter and the ETB Champion ability. Because both will go on the stack at the same time you can choose the relative order. If you choose to resolve the LTB ability first the Spellstutter will return, counter the 2 CMC spell, and then the Champion ability resolves where the player can exile either faerie and get the ability to tap all lands. If you resolve the triggers in the other order you have to champion the Miscreant and tap all lands before the Spellstutter would reenter and counter the 2 CMC spell.

Am I right?
