I wanted to clarify the order of events of an enters the battlefield trigger.
I have 1 life
Pt has Blood Seeker on the battlefield.
I play Jaddi Offshoot
When Jaddi Offshoot enters the battlefield, I still have priority, so I play a land Jaddi Offshoot's ability goes on the stack Blood Seeker's ability goes on the stack Blood Seeker's ability resolves.
I die
You can't play a land if there is an object on the stack. You only get priority back after all waiting triggers have been put on the stack, so your opponnent's Blood Seeker's trigger will make you lose 1 life and you die before you can play that land.
I was using this information:
"603.3. Once an ability has triggered, its controller puts it on the stack as an object that’s not a card the next time a player would receive priority."
My line of thought goes like this: When the Jaddi Offshoot (or any other creature for that matter) enters the battlefield, I have priority, and have not passed it so I can still take action before Blood Seeker's revenge is put on the stack. I know this is wrong, but I cant figure out how
The key to that rule is "the next time a player would receive priority". You don't need to pass priority to them because the rule doesn't care about them getting priority. It cares that anyone is getting priority. Since you are about to gain priority, the trigger will go onto the stack right before you actually get priority even though the trigger is controlled by your opponent.
