So this is a bit of an odd one: Pulse of the Forge deals 4 damage to target player. Then if that player has more life than you, return Pulse of the Forge to its owner's hand.
Technically, I could target myself with Pulse of the Forge, as it's 'target player' not 'target opponent'. If I were to, would it return back to my hand afterwards? Or would it go to graveyard?
