So I was trying to understand whether, the creature created from Riddleform will get a Summoning sickness.
Rule 302.6 says that it does, since creature was not under control continuously since last turn. But then I found 01/08/2008 rule that says ' if its controller has continuously controlled that permanent since the beginning of his or her most recent turn. It doesn’t matter how long the permanent has been a creature.'
So as far as I understand, Riddleforms creature wont get sickness. Now the problem is I can't find this rule on any MTG wiki or even in a 'The Comprehensive Rules of Magic hat holds all of the rules and possible corner cases found in Magic.' What should I do? Should I follow 302.6 or what?
And the last question, let's say I begin attacking phase and declare attacking creatures, than during defending phase player with Riddleform plays instant, that resolves and so he has Riddleform creature created. Now, can he declare this creature as a defending one?
As you said, in order to not be affected by summoning sickness, the permanent has to be continously controlled since the controller's most recent turn began. You seem to think, that the creature is somehow seperate from the enchantment, but that is not the case, it is still the very same permanent, it just changes some of its characteristics. When the enchentment becomes an enchantment creature, the summoning sickness rule still looks at the same object, so if the enchantment has been continuously controlled by that palyer up to that point since his most recent turn began, the resulting enchantment creature is not summoning sick.
Also, summoning sickness does not prevent blocking. Only attacking and activating abilities with the tap or untap symbols in the activatio cost.
Rule 302.6 is the relevant rule here.
But what you need to remember, is that Riddleform becoming a creature just changes what it looks like on the battlefield. So you have still controlled the permanent for the same amount of time.
And yes, if your opponent controls a Riddleform, they can cast a non-creature spell during the Declare Attackers step, this will turn the Riddleform into a creature before the game moves to the Declare Blockers step. As long as Riddleform is an untapped creature before the game moves into the Declare Blockers step, then it can be declared as a blocker.
Note - This must be done BEFORE moving to the Declare Blockers step, as the first thing that happens in this step is all blockers are declared at the same time. So Riddleform must be a creature before this.
Thank you for your help guys and can you please help me to understand what this 01/08/2008 rule is after all? I mean if it is official rule, why it's not in 'The Comprehensive Rules of Magic'. How can I find all of these rules?
I know I have to follow the rules and not split this topic with different questions, but since I mentioned this 01/08/2008 rule before...

This is a ruling, not a rule. Rulings are just explanations about how the Comprehensive Rules work for a specific card. You can find those rulings in gatherer.wizards.com , the official card database.
