Fatal Push doesn't have a trigger. But yes. If a Treasure token leaves the battlefield, it is a permanent you control that leaves the battlefield so Fatal Push can destroy a creature with CMC 4 or less.
Yes, sacrificing a token counts as a permanent leaving the battlefield. And you have to sacrifice the treasure for mana long before Push would resolve.
