Imagine that both players are at 2 life, player 1 attacks with 2 glory seeker, player 2 casts deflecting palm redirecting the 2 damage of one seeker to the oponent.
The game ends in a draw? or the deflecting palm damage resolves first and the player 1 loses?
The game ends in a draw. Deflecting Palm generates a replacement effect that replaces damage to you with damage to the source's controller. It does not change the timing. So, you will be dealt 2 damage from one Glory Seeker while its controller will be dealt damage from the other. Then, State Based Actions are checked, sees two players are at 0 life, and causes both players to lose. Since they lose at the same time, the game ends in a draw.
