If a creature is enchanted with Spirit Mantle does that mean a flipped Kitsune Mystic cannot attach any other auras to it without parking the mantle on someone else first?
Autumn-Tail can move any auras to the enchanted creature just fine. Because the only target of its ability is the aura, and protection from creatures does not prohibit attaching an aura (unless it is also a creature, but then the rules prohibit attaching it already, since creatures can't be attached.)
Ok, and what about bestowing an Enchantment creature like Hopeful Eidolon on something with spirit mantle?
If the card with Bestow is currently an aura, it is not currently a creature, so it can be moved to a creature enchanted by Spirit Mantle just fine.

I'm a former judge (lapsed), who keeps up to date on rules and policy. Keep in mind that judges' answers aren't necessarily more valid than those of people who aren't judges; what matters is we can quote the rules to back up our answers. When in doubt, ask for such quotes.
I thought of another question. If a card with Bestow is currently on the board as a creature can it be moved by the Mystic onto another creature as an enchantment? Or can the mystic only move it if it's currently an enchant creature?
Nevermind, the mystic can only move enchantments currently enchanting creatures.
