Yes, as Regeneration is a replacement effect which means: "The next time this permanent would be destroyed this turn, it isn't. Instead tap it, remove all damage from it, and remove it from combat."
Deathtouch just changes how much damage is considered lethal. Regeneration will still save something from combat with a deathtoucher.
