When I create token with Tatsumasa, the Dragon's Fang, it also creates an extra token due to Anointed Procession, but does the blade return to battlefield if either one was destroyed, or just the original token? Far as I know, copies of a token are also embedded all the properties, unless it's an EDH general where only the CARD itself deals damage counts as general damage.
Yes. Either token dying will trigger Tatsumasa's return. The other token will lose track of the equipment when it leaves exile, so its death if happening some time later won't do anything, even if Tastumasa is exiled again.
Note, that both tokens are the original as the Procession only changes the number of tokens creeated, it doesn't create copies.

So if I instead use Cackling Counterpart, the new token will not inherit the property, consider it's not THAT token?
Correct. Tatsumasa creates a delayed triggered ability specifically for the tokens it creates. If it creates several tokens due to something like the Procession, that delayed trigger refers to all of them. But it doesn't care about any tokens that are created by anything other than Tatsumasa's ability, even if those are copies of such tokens.
Edit:
Note, that since it is a delayed triggered ability, if for some reason (Stifle) it doesn't get resolve after triggering, the other token's death will not trigger it again, so Tasumasa would stay in exile. This is because delayed triggers only go off once, unless they state a duration (in which case they can trigger repeatedly within that duration).

Thank you for your answer. Do you have other examples similar to this case of delay trigger?

The only other example I could find (at the time I started this comment) is Stangg ("... create a legendary 3/4 red and green Human Warrior creature token named Stangg Twin. ... Sacrifice Stangg when that token leaves the battlefield.").
