If there is a creature enchanted with Spectra Ward on the battlefield and an Absolute Grace that is also on the battlefield becomes the target of a Mind Bend changing black to white, what happens to the Ward? I'm assuming it's put into its owner's graveyard, due to a redundant protection ability on the creature it's on that doesn't have a no-Aura-removing clause.
Correct. Only the Ward's protection ignores auras, the Grace's does not, so the Ward is illegally attached and will be put into its owner's graveyard the next time state based actions are checked.
7/18/2014 The protection granted by Spectra Ward won’t cause any Aura to be put into its owner’s graveyard, including Spectra Ward itself. However, if the enchanted creature gains protection from white in another way, Spectra Ward will be put into its owner’s graveyard as a state-based action.
And the actual rule
702.16m Some Auras both give the enchanted creature protection and say “this effect doesn’t
remove” either that specific Aura or all Auras. This means that the specified Auras can legally
enchant that creature and aren’t put into their owners’ graveyards as a state-based action. If the
creature has other instances of protection from the same quality, those instances affect Auras as
normal.
