If you have Cast Through Time and Expropriate resolves, do you get to exile it with rebound or does the exile on expropriate rfg it? I though it would be kinda like Unearth and phasing
You will not be able to. Rebound means to exile on resoultion instead of being placed into a GY. This creates the delayed trigger which allows you to cast it on your next upkeep. Because the spell exiles itself before it finishes resolving the rebound ability will not be able to apply.
