Just getting back into MTG after a LONG absence, and was looking for assistance please. If I have multiple killer bees or something like shivan dragon, and I pay the activation costs for the +1/+1 abilities, would only one bee/ dragon get the +x/+x or all bees/ dragons? Just looking for clarification. Thanks so much,

The creature refers to itself when it uses its own name. There is some clever information-sciencey mechanisms going on behind the scenes, but all you need to know is that Shivan Dragon saying 'Shivan Dragon' just means "this".

So sorry, a bit out of the loop, what do you mean when you say, 'card tags'?
When asking about specific cards, this site has a way to ink to those cards so we can see what the cards actually do (as it is difficult to remember 16000+ cards off the top of our heads). To use a card tag, type this:
There is also a couple buttons on the far right of the reply window that will let you highlight a card name (or card names) and it will link them for you. So, you would highlight Killer Bees and click on the icon fourth from the right that says "card" and it will tag the card. If you have two or more cards, just type them like this:
Shivan Dragon
Killer Bees
Then, highlight them and press the button third from the right that says "cards" and it will turn the list above into this:
