Question 2: If I have also have a mother of runes in play and gives Boros Reckoner protection from red after casting pyroclasm, is Boros Reckoner technically still dealt 4 damage, but damage is prevented or reduced to zero due to protection from red? If so, will it still trigger ability for target player/creature to be dealt 4 damage?
1) Yes this works fine.
You activate Warrior En-Kor twice before Pyroclasm resolves, then the next two damage will be redirected from Warrior En-Kor to Boros Reckoner. So it will take the its 2 damage from Pyroclasm and then the redirected 2 as well at the same time. So be dealt 4 damage total, which will then allow you to do 4 damage to something else with the Reckoner's triggered ability.
2) If Boros Reckoner has protection from Red, then the damage from Pyroclasm is prevented, and not actually dealt. As no damage was dealt, Boros Reckoner's ability won't trigger.
Question 1 is all correct. The warrior's oracle text on the ability is "The next 1 damage that would be dealt to Warrior en-Kor this turn is dealt to target creature you control instead." This means that the damage is still indeed dealt to the redirected target, which in this case triggers the Reckoner.
On Question 2, giving the Reckoner protection from red means that it will not be dealt damage at all from any of pyroclasm's damage, and thus will not trigger.

During assigning damage, I redirect 3 damage from Warrior En-Kor to Boros Reckoner. Can I confirm that the opponent will receive 6 damage? Boros Reckoner will of course die and put into graveyard. Warrior En-Kor remains in play.
You have to activate the Kor sometime before the combat damage step. You cannot do this before the combat damage turn based action (because that is the very first thing that happens in that step), not during that turn based action (because you don't have priority to do so, no player has priority at that time) and it's too late to do it afterwards (because the combat damage has already been dealt).
But yes, the Reckoner will receive 6 damage and its trigger will let it deal the same amount of damage to the chosen target, even if the Reckoner dies before that happens (which it does). The Kor receives no damage and lives.
Question 1: If I have a Boros Reckoner and warrior en-kor in play, and I cast pyroclasm dealing 2 damage to each creature, can I redirect the 2 damages from warrior en-kor to Boros Reckoner? If yes, will Boros Reckoner be dealt 4 damage and target player/creature will also be dealt 4 damage?

Hope that helps.

Follow on question: If say opponent has 2 rogue elephant 3/3 and attacked me. I used Warrior En-Kor to block 1 elephant and Boros Reckoner to block the 2nd elephant.
