What the hell happens first? Biomancer makes all of them etb with +3/+3, making them all 4/4 but do each of them enter separately, and then
Cathar's Crusade effect happens? If they do, then Conquerer's Pledge should continue to increase Renegade Krasis AND Master Biomancer incrementally, meaning that every token gets double counters while Renegade Krasis picks up each individual +1/+1 for it's Evolve. Right?
And then we throw Winding Constrictor in there. So, if Cathar's pops on every entrance, then enter as 6/6 but does that also mean that Krasis increases at the same rate because, technically, before the first one entered it was higher powered than Krasis (while it's continuing to get double +1/+1 counters because of Winding Constrictor)?
So, as I see it:
1/1 token enters
+3/+3 from Master Biomancer
+1/+1 from Cathar's Crusade
+1/+1 from Winding Constrictor
+1/+1 from Renegade Krasis
7/7 token
From this you get:
6/8 Master Biomancer
5/4 Renegade Krasis
1/1 token enters
+6/+6 from Master Biomancer (because Cathar's Crusade and Winding Constrictor)
+1/+1 from Cathar's Crusade
+1/+1 from Winding Constrictor
+1/+1 from Renegade Krasis
10/10 Token
1/1 token enters
+9/+9 from MB
+3/+3 from CC, WC, and RK?
And so on and so forth? Am I doing the math right to where all of these tokens would technically have seriously different powers because of the order they entered, scaling from 7/7 to 21/21 and dragging the Krasis and MB in their wake? I feel like I'm missing something here with the Krasis +1/+1 (like how all 6 tokens from Conquerer's Pledge end up being 6/6 because of Cathars' Crusade) but I can't figure it out.
So, let me try to explain what happens.
Okay, first, when you cast Conquerer's Pledge, Inexorable Tide triggers. Let's assume, you proliferate on Master Biomancer and put a +1/+1 counter on it, but with the Winding constrictor it gets 2 counter, making it a 5/7.
So, if we assume, nobody casts anything before Conquerer's Pledge resolves, you get 6 1/1 kor tokens all entering with 6 +1/+1 counter (5 through biomancer 1 for constrictor) at the same time, then the Renegade Krasis triggers six times and the Cathar's Crusade too. You can stack them all the way you want as you control all triggers and can put them on the stack in the order of your choice.
So, for example:
One trigger of cathar's crusade resolves, putting 2 +1/+1 counter (1 crusade +1 for constricto) on every creature you control. Then the trigger of Renegade Krasis goes on the stack putting another two +1/+1 counters on every other creature.
Evolve trigger of Krasis resolves, putting two +1/+1 counters on it, then it triggers, putting 2 counters on every other creature again.
Repeat five times and keep in mind, that if Renegade Krasis reaches the point, where it is bigger than the Kor it triggered from, it will not get counters from Evolve.
Edit: You end up with 6 1/1 Kors with 42 counters placed on them, making them 43/43, if I didn't miscalculate. The Krasis end up with the Krasis gets 24 counter, making it a 27/27. And everything else also gets 36 counter. Always taking in consideration, that you stack the trigger like in my example, but you can stack them otherwise.
Assuming that you control the five permanents you mention and that all of the spells and abilities mentioned are allowed to resolve:
When you cast Conqueror's Crusade, Inexorable Tide's ability will trigger. If you proliferate and choose Master Biomancer, you give it another +1/+1 counter (which becomes two due to Winding Constrictor; the counters are not doubled this way, though).
Then you create the six Kor tokens (or twelve if Conqueror's Crusade was kicked). Each one will enter the battlefield with three (or five) +1/+1 counters because Master Biomancer's power is 3 (or 5) (C.R. 613.3d). That number is increased by one due to Winding Constrictor, making that four (or six), so that their power and toughness are 5/5 (or 7/7) (C.R. 613.3d). That will make Renegade Krasis's evolve ability trigger as many times as the number of tokens created this way, since their power exceeds that of Renegade Krasis (C.R. 702.99a, 603.4, 603.6b, 603.2). Cathars' Crusade's ability will likewise trigger that many times. Both kinds of abilities will go on the stack at the same time and you will control them all (C.R. 112.8), so you decide in what order they go on the stack (C.R. 603.3b). Assuming you put the Cathars' Crusade abilities on top, you put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control for each ability that resolves this way (which becomes two counters each time instead due to Winding Constrictor). Then, when Renegade Krasis's evolve abilities resolve, it checks each time whether the corresponding token's power is still greater than that of Renegade Krasis and/or its toughness is still greater than that of Renegade Krasis (C.R. 702.99a, 603.4). Only if so do you put a +1/+1 counter on Renegade Krasis (which again becomes two counters due to Winding Constrictor) (C.R. 702.99a, 608.2a) and will its second ability trigger if one or more +1/+1 counters are put on Renegade Krasis this way (C.R. 702.99b).

This problem is actually quite simple, as long as you remember 2 facts - the synergistic growth caused by the Krasis, and the n=n+1 effect of the Winding Constrictor:
Step 2: Inexorable Tide trigger resolves, assuming proliferating the counter on the Master Biomancer, giving him 2 counters (now a 5/7)
Step 3: Conqueror's Pledge resolves, putting 6 tokens onto the battlefield. Since the tokens enter as 7/7's due to the Biomancer and Constrictor, Renegade Krasis triggers 6 times. Since 6 creatures entered the battlefield, Cathars' Crusade triggers 6 times. Since they all trigger at the same time, the controller chooses the order they go on the stack. The only difference here is if any triggers from the crusade resolve before the Krasis triggers, since those will put counters onto the Constrictor. Since that's the optimal choice, the remaining steps will proceed as if all Crusade triggers resolve first.
At this point, every card except the Krasis and Constrictor stop mattering for math.
Steps 4-9: Cather's Crusade trigger resolves, putting 2 +1/+1 counters on each creature. Since the Krasis grows at the same rate as all the tokens that just entered, it will still be smaller than them.
Steps 10-15: Krasis trigger resolves, putting 2 +1/+1 counters on the Krasis. Since it evolved, it puts 2 +1/+1 counters onto every other creature under the same controller (They all have them due to the Crusade). Because they grew the same amount as the Krasis, they are all still bigger, so the next evolve trigger will still take effect.
End Result: All creatures will end up getting 24 +1/+1 counters, with the tokens from the spell having an extra 6 on them for 30 each, and the Biomancer having an extra 3 for 27.
PS: If the Conqueror's Pledge was kicked, it would result in 6 more tokens entering. Everything would trigger twice as much, so they'd have an extra 24 +1/+1 counters (48 plus the ones they started with), and there would be an extra 6 tokens.
