No. The Drake counts the number of cards, not the number of occurences of types on those cards. So even a split card with two sorcery halves is only counted once.
what about spring//mind which is both an instant and a sorcery?
Card tags don't work too well with split cards, so I won't fault you for that, but know that there is a way : tag only the first half, so only the word "spring" in this case.
EDIT : This seems to work for the aftermath cards, but not for older split cards like Boom // Bust for which you must tag the whole with two forward slashes and spaces before and after the slashes specifically. The people in charge of our card database should look into it.

Same answer. Enigma Drake counts cards, and Spring//Mind is only one card. Doesn't matter how many times the card has the relevant type(s).

While Spring to Mind is in the graveyard, it "has each card type specified on either of its halves" (C.R. 708.4c), making its type line "Sorcery Instant". But "instant and sorcery cards" is not an ideal wording, in hindsight: a wording such as "instant and/or sorcery cards" would clearly count Spring to Mind only once, whereas a wording such as "the number of instant cards plus the number of sorcery cards" would count the same card twice. (Compare Enigma Drake with Spoils of War [C.R. 108.1], Ravaging Blaze, and War Report.) A similar issue exists for Withering Gaze ("each Forest and green card") and Baleful Stare ("each Mountain and red card").
