According to new mechanic Embalm introduction.
Why the token (created by the Embalm ability) don't have Embalm ?
The token is the copy of the card and the card has Embalm. The description of Embalm just say about the token's creature's type , color , mana cost but doesn't mention about 'with no Embalm ability'. Am I missed something ?
Thank you.

Yes , I was Rules Advisor.
Obviously , English is not my first Language (sorry about that ).
The exact rules for embalm haven't been released yet. When embalm resolves, you "[c]reate a token that's a copy of" the card with it, with certain exceptions to the copy effect (new C.R. 702.127a). In general, however, if you create a token "that's a copy" of another object, the copy will have all that object's copiable values, including abilities (C.R. 706.2); the copy effect can include exceptions, such as "except it's an artifact in addition to its other types" (C.R. 706.9; compare the first mode of Saheeli's Artistry with its second mode). Compare with epic, which says you "copy [the] spell [in question] except for its epic ability" (C.R. 702.49a) (an example is Enduring Ideal).
EDIT (Apr. 14): Edited this post because the release notes are available and include the exact rules for embalm.
The first time I looked at the Embalm ability and noticed there was no text like Enduring Ideal as you have mentioned so I thought the token should has Embalm. But the token card that Wizard prepare for each Embalm card don't have the Embalm ability.
Then we have to wait for official Amonkhet's release note.
Thanks.

I don't know, why it hasn't, but probably they didn't print it on the token, because it doesn't matter. If the token goes to the grave it vanishes by game stat actions and you can't embalm it.

And of course the embalm cost is unpayable for a token in the graveyard. A token can make only one zone transition -- from the battlefield to another zone; any additional zone changes are prohibited.
