Clone
with the clone card, it says you MAY have it enter as a copy of a creature, but that's not a must. So, if you have it enter as a normal clone creature card, is there a way to keep it alive even though it has 0 toughness? Sorry if it's a stupid question.
If it has 0 toughness, it dies. To keep it alive, it has to get some more toughness immediately - as in, it doesn't actually come in with 0 toughness. The continuous effect of some static ability that enhances the toughness of creatures, for instance, could save the Clone. Glorious Anthem is a paradigmatic example. I'm afraid I don't know a more recent iteration on the Anthem effect.

Besides anthems, replacement effects that let creatures enter the battlefield with additional +1/+1 counters (like Master Biomancer) will also keep your clone alive.
Question asked, question answered. It bordered on strategy and asking for card suggestions to begin with, so it's not surprising that card examples and suggestions came, but this amount will be enough.

I'm a former judge (lapsed), who keeps up to date on rules and policy. Keep in mind that judges' answers aren't necessarily more valid than those of people who aren't judges; what matters is we can quote the rules to back up our answers. When in doubt, ask for such quotes.
