If i stole my opponent Matter Reshaper with Gonti, Lord of Luxury and it died when it's under my control, who reveal the top card? me or my opponent?
I got confused of this because my opponent said that he was the one who revealed the top card because Matter Reshaper went to his graveyard.
Any "leaves the battlefield" trigger (and "dies" means "goes to the graveyard from the battlefield" so it counts) triggers based on the permanent as it last existed on the battlefield. In this case it was under your control when it died so you control the ability and you get to reveal the top card.
If the ability was "when Matter Reshaper is put into a graveyard from anywhere", then it would trigger based on the card as it entered the graveyard, working the way your opponent assumed here, but that's not the case.

So if i stole Matter Reshaper from my opponent using Kari Zev's Expertise , and using it for emerge cost, i still get the reveal ability?

Yes. Same thing.
