704.5k If a player controls two or more legendary permanents with the same name, that player
chooses one of them, and the rest are put into their owners’ graveyards. This is called the
“legend rule.”
I am aware of how this works on creatures, but I have a specific situation with an enchantment I would like some clarity on:
If I have Oath of Ajani on the battlefield and play another (I know one has to go to the graveyard), does the second one trigger?
Yes. The enchantment did enter the battlefield after all, what happens to it afterwards, even if only a tiny moment later, doesn't matter. The trigger will go on the stack and eventually resolve, even if the permanent isn't around when either of those two things happen. (The trigger will go on the stack after SBAs have cleared the duplicate legend away.)
Edit: The enchantment that was already on the field won't trigger, of course. Any object refering to itself by name only means itself, not any other objects that happen to have the same name.

Sure. I was referring to playing one, getting the counters, and then maybe on the next turn play the other on so my creatures will get another +1/+1 counter.
Next question:
If I play Sram's Expertise and use the second part to cast Oath of Ajani, how does that play out? In other words, does Oath of Ajani go on the stack on top of Sram's Expertise? If that's the case, then the Oath will resolve before the Tokens are created and they won't get the buff from the Oath. Or does Sram's Expertise have to resolve before I can cast the Oath meaning the Tokens will get the buff?
Sorry for the confusion, I am trying to put together some really good combo synergy.
It does go on the stack above the Expertise, but you don't cast Oath until Expertise is already resolving. Since you do things on the card in order, you would have already created the Servos before even casting Oath. Oath goes on top, then Expertise resolves. Now, Oath is on top and will eventually resolve and will buff those Servos.
A bit of both. You cast the Oath during the resolution of the Expertise, after the tokens have been created. The Oath will go on top of the Expertise on the stack, but since the Expertise is already resolving, it will finish doing so first. Then all players get priority as usual before the next object on the stack (the Oath) resolves. This is long after the tokens have been created, so they will get the counters if they still remain when the Oath resolves.
