What happens if my opponent controls Knowledge Pool and i have the Jace, Unraveler of Secrets emblem on the field at the same time? Does the first spell he casts on his turn get countered or exiled?
The answer depends on who controls what and whose turn it is. Since you said you control the Emblem and your opponent controls Pool, here is what happens:
On their turn, they cast a spell and two triggers are trying to go onto the stack. Since it is their turn, their trigger goes on first and then your trigger from Jace. Jace resolves first and counters their spell. Knowledge Pool resolves and does nothing since their spell was countered.
On your turn, if they cast a spell, Jace goes on the stack first followed by Pool. Pool resolves and does its thing and then Jace resolves and does nothing since that spell is no longer on the stack waiting to be countered.
