No and its for two reasons. First, the Skullclamp is killed before the creature even takes damage anyway so by the time you get to the point of dealing damage to the creature, it is back to a 2/2.
Second, damage doesn't kill creatures; State Based Actions do. So, even if the order was switched (where you deal damage to the creature before destroying Skullclamp), by the time State Based Actions are checked, it would be back to a 2/2 with 1 damage marked on it.
Does Orim's Thunder kicked targeting a Skullclamp and the 2/2 that has clamp equiped kill the creature?
