I'm aware that if Kozilek, Butcher of Truth is put into the graveyard from anywhere his triggered ability goes on the stack.
My question is this. Let's say the opponent is sitting on a Tormod's Crypt and played a Bojuka Bog targeting my graveyard. In response I use Necromancer's Stockpile to discard Kozilek from my hand and triggering his ability. In response to that the opponent activates Tormond's Crypt also targeting my graveyard. Could I respond to that by using Phyrexian Reclamation to return Kozilek to my hand and discarding him a second time with Necromancer's Stockpile to retrigger his ability and save my graveyard?
Sure, the sequence you describe could happen exactly that way. Objects on the stack resolve one at a time, and after one does, it is possible to cast or activate new stuff before the next object waiting on the stack resolves. So you can indeed use Phyrexian Reclamation, let that resolve, and then activate Stockpile with the other abilities still on the stack, which will trigger Kozilek a second time on top of it all and make you shuffle your graveyard in before it's exiled.

I'm a former judge (lapsed), who keeps up to date on rules and policy. Keep in mind that judges' answers aren't necessarily more valid than those of people who aren't judges; what matters is we can quote the rules to back up our answers. When in doubt, ask for such quotes.
Thank you MadMage, but I'm curious about one more thing. What would happen if I used Phyrexian Reclamation one more time to return Kozilek back to my hand and allow Kozilek's trigger to resolve while he is not in the graveyard?

In my group there's this thing called taking a "Ryan turn."
Yeah, that's my fault...
