For sake of argument, let's say I have an Experiment Kraj that's able to exile creatures. Then, it's able to use Caller of the Untamed's ability. Will I be able to make a copy of creatures exiled with Experiment Kraj?

The ability that creates the tokens is not a traditional ability that uses the name of the object it is on. It specifically calls for the cards to be exiled by a caller of the untamed.
Whilst you would be able to activate the ability with an Experiment Kraj you will not be able to create the token unless you also have a caller of the untamed in your deck and you exiled cards with it before the game.

The two abilities of Caller of the Untamed are linked (C.R. 607.2n); the second ability refers only to cards in exile that were put there as a result of the first ability "of any objects that [were named Caller of the Untamed] before the game began" (and therefore it can never refer to cards exiled once you start your first turn) (C.R. 607.1; see also C.R. 607.2a). If Experiment Kraj gains the second ability, it won't be linked to any other ability, so that it won't refer to any cards (so it has undefined information) (C.R. 607.5 applies only if it gains "a pair of linked abilities as part of the same effect").
(This answer assumes that by "that's able to exile creatures" you mean "that has an ability that exiles a creature on the battlefield when it resolves".)
You will only be able to make copies of creature cards exiled with cards named Caller of the Untamed. Unlike the (much more common) abilities of cards that simply refer to their source by name ("[name] does something", "cards exiled with [name]"), Caller of the Untamed doesn't use its name as if it means "this object, the source of this ability". That's because it doesn't say "cards exiled with Caller of the Untamed", but rather "cards exiled with cards named Caller of the Untamed". The text of that ability still means the same thing when it's on something else like Kraj.

If you didn't exile cards with Caller's first rule, you can't use the tap ability later.
