If you mean can you discard a black creature to gigapede can you then exile that card to get Ichorid back.
Then yes you may. Since you control both of the triggers you choose the order in which they go on the stack. If you put the triggered ability from Ichorid on the stack first the triggered ability from gigapede will resolve first and if you discard a card it will got to your hand. Then if the card you discarded was a black creature you can then exile that card from your graveyard when ichorids ability resolves and send the ichorid back to the battlefield.

No, that's not possible. Because Ichorid has an intervenig-if clause, and that clause has to be true at the time the trigger would go off (and also when it would resolve), or it doesn't. Meaning, the Ichorid has to be already in the graveyard when your upkeep begins, in order to trgger its ability.
And if you mean that you discard Ichorid to Gigapede then no. Both abilities trigger at the beginning of the upkeep and if the Ichorid isn't in the graveyard by that time the train will have passed to trigger it that turn.
