If I pass priority in my 1st main phase and my opponent burns my creature (still in main phase) when I get priority back can I cast a haste creature or is it now just my begin combat phase? Also I'm new here how do I use the card tags?
In general, when you declare the intention to attack during your first main phase, you are in reality proposing a shortcut (under C.R. 722.2a) to pass until the last player in turn order has priority in the beginning of combat step (so after your main phase). In fact, in sanctioned tournaments, this is even the case if you merely "pass priority in your first main phase", according to an official ruling (see also "Do Not Pass Go") to end the main phase and move to the beginning of combat step. See also the first listed shortcut in M.T.R. 4.2, which applies to sanctioned tournaments.
Unless another player shortens this shortcut by taking an action during your main phase (C.R. 722.2b), the game will move to the beginning of combat step (C.R. 719.2c), when sorcery spells and most creature spells can't normally be cast (C.R. 117.1a).
(For sanctioned tournaments, see M.T.R. 4.2; see also C.R. 722.1c.)
EDIT (Jul. 5): Edited first paragraph to better conform to changes in the shortcut rules with Amonkhet.
EDIT (Apr. 6, 2021): Edited, including because some rules were renumbered in the meantime.

It would still be main phase one. Both players have to pass on an empty stack to move to the next step or phase.
To use card tags type [card][card] or in the top middle of the message box there are three pictures of cards. Write the card name, highlight it, and select the single card to automatically add tags. Grizzly Bears

Not really. If AP passed priority in 1st main phase and NAP acts without clearly specifying that the action is taken in 1st main it shouyld be considered to have been taken in beggining of combat.

Thanks and unless it doesn't show up in preview post I still don't get the card tags thing.. I'm on mobile if that means anything?..
On mobile, you'll probably need to type the tags. You need to write the full correctly spelled card name, and type [c] before the name and [/c] after it, like this: [c]Harnessed Lightning[/c]. This results in Harnessed Lightning.

I'm a former judge (lapsed), who keeps up to date on rules and policy. Keep in mind that judges' answers aren't necessarily more valid than those of people who aren't judges; what matters is we can quote the rules to back up our answers. When in doubt, ask for such quotes.
