No. Sakia has no triggered ETB abilities, so Panharmonicon has nothing to make something trigger twice. (Panharmonicon doesn't copy triggers, it changes the rules to make abilities trgger twice.) The only triggered ability Saskia has is "whenever a creature you control deals combat damage ...". The other is a static ablity creating a replacement effect. Triggered abilities always use the words "when", "whenever" or "at". Without those words, you're not dealing with a triggered ability.
To elaborate on what Rezzahan said, the key thing to look for with panharmonicon is the wording 'When BLANK ETB'. Sakia says that as she enters the battlefield, you choose a player. This happens as she enters the battlefield, the ability doesn't go on the stack, and players can't respond to the choice in any way. It's sorta like a replacement effect.

It's sorta like a replacement effect in that it is a replacement effect:
614.1c Effects that read “[This permanent] enters the battlefield with . . . ,” “As [this permanent] enters the battlefield . . . ,” or “[This permanent] enters the battlefield as . . . ” are replacement effects.

For each token copy myriad creates, you choose an opponent. You could choose the same opponent for all of them if you want. Afterwards, when a creature you control deals combat damage to a player, each Saskia will trigger and cause that creature to deal that much damage to the player chosen for her.
I'm a former judge (lapsed), who keeps up to date on rules and policy. Keep in mind that judges' answers aren't necessarily more valid than those of people who aren't judges; what matters is we can quote the rules to back up our answers. When in doubt, ask for such quotes.
Then you have a Saskia for each opponent, each attacking a different opponent, if you attack with the original and have the equipment attached to her. Still no ETB triggered abiliies to go off twice with Panharmonicon. You get to choose a player for each token copy as it enters the battlefield, so if multiple of them (as well as other creatures) deal combat damage to players, you can potentially deal a large amount of additional damage to a player (if you choose the same player for multiple tokens) through Saskia's last ability. EDIT: Of course, each Saskia will trigger for all the others that deal combat damage to a player, so the Saskia's alone will pack quite a punch.
