On my end turn, my opponent flash archangel avacyn
Can i wait until his avacyn indestructible resolved then proceed to use dead weight on one of his non-angel creature to flip his avacyn on his turn and thus sweep his own board?
Note that Dead Weight isn't an instant, so you normally can't cast it during your end step (C.R. 116.1a). Note also that if a non-Angel creature your opponent controls dies while he or she controls Archangel Avacyn (whether by Dead Weight's effect or otherwise), Avacyn must be transformed when the delayed triggered ability resolves on the next upkeep, and once Avacyn transforms into Avacyn, the Purifier (whether then or otherwise), the transformed Avacyn, the Purifier must deal the damage to each other creature and each opponent when its ability resolves: both these things are not optional.
If you use Grasp of Darkness on his non-Angel creatures and that creature dies, Avacyn will transform in his or her upkeep and deals damage to all other creatures and players. Depending on the boardstate, this might end with a swiped board and a single Avacyn, the Purifier left. But you would need to do that in response to the Indestructible ability, not after resolving, because after resolving, they would be indestructible and therefore not destroyed, if they have more or equal damage than toughness.

Neither Grasp of Darkness nor Dead Weight include damage or destruction as part of their effects. If, as a result of either effect, a creature's toughness is 0 or less, it will simply go to the graveyard rather than be destroyed as a state-based action (C.R. 704.5f; compare with C.R. 704.5g, which involves damage and toughness greater than 0), so that the indestructible ability would have no effect (review C.R. 702.12b).

That is correct, but doesn't contradict me. OP is implying, there are other creatures under his opponents control.

The ETB trigger would happen during his end step and the transform (and hence damage) would happen during his opponent's upkeep. They wouldn't be indestructible anymore.
How to confuse yourself.
Step 1: Read what the question is.
Step 2: Think of the correct answer.
Step 3: Write a different, incorrect answer.
Step 4: Wonder why people tell you obvious stuff.
Sorry, guys.

Thank you
EDIT (Feb. 14): Clarification.
