So assume a given Vehicle becomes crewed, effectively making it a creature until end of turn. Now, you equip the Vehicle with some equipment cards, or enchant creature cards. What happens on the next turn? Do the Enchant Creature cards disappear? Do the equipments unequip?
For equipment as soon any any game object stops being a creature the equipment is going to fall off it as a SBA and remain on the battlefield.
For Aura with the enchant creature condition, these will see that they are attached to an illegal object and fall out and go to the graveyard as a SBA.

With auras, however, pay attention to exactly what the "Enchant ______" line says. If it says just "Enchant creature", the aura will fall off at the end of turn. If it says something like "Enchant creature or Vehicle", it stays, since it's still a vehicle even when it stops being a creature during the cleanup step. You could also see an aura that says something like "Enchant artifact" or "Enchant permanent", and since the noncreature vehicle is still an artifact/still a permanent, the aura would stay.
Also note, that vehicles stop being creatures during the same turn they were crewed, in the cleanup step to be precise. When this happens and state based actions have something to clean up afterwards (like an aura or equipment being illegaly attached), instead of moving to the next turn, the game will give the active player (and therefore all other players as well) priority during that cleanup step to do stuff. Afterwards, the turn will have another cleanup step. The same happens if something triggers during a cleanup step (like Megrim when an opponent has to discard down to 7 cards during his cleanup step). Note, that due to the cleanup step having already happened, all "until end of turn" effects created earlier during the turn have expired, even though the turn technically hasn't ended yet.
For Aura with the enchant creature condition, these will see that they are attached to an illegal object and fall out and go to the graveyard as a SBA.
